Hidden Hollow Lawn & Garden offers small engine equipment tune-up and repair services in Penfield, NY. We specialize with lawn mowers, pressure washers, generators, snow blowers, and similar equipment. We service most all makes and models. We are not limited to only working on our specialized areas. Please contact us for information on working with other types of small engine equipment. Please note that we no longer work on any handheld equipment such as chainsaws, blowers (handheld or backpack), weed whackers, etc..

What is a Tune-Up?

Equipment Drop-Off & Transport
No appointments needed to drop-off or pick-up equipment. Simply stop by the shop during regular business hours and we will help you unload/load and go over your needed or completed services at that time.
Standard Pick-Up Charge $60-
*Round trip within 6 miles (driven one way)
Transport Terms & Conditions:
- All machines must be in or near your driveway prior to the stated pick-up window with a clear path to the machine(s). (We will not enter any other areas of your property for insurance reasons)
- Additional miles charged at $6 per mile with our max range being around 8 miles from us, dependent on location.
- All attachments must be removed prior to pick-up (Bagger, Plow, Snow blower, etc.). There is a removal fee per attachment if not removed prior to our arrival.
- Additional charges may apply for machines with flat tires, not in running condition, or oversized.
- Customers will be charged a fee for missed pick-ups or returns requiring a second attempt.
- Call or Text us at least half an hour before we close the business day before your scheduled pick-up or drop-off to cancel.
